Always dressed in white, her skin covered in fine scars, she is the epitome of winter faeries. She is naturally cold and distant, but has tried in recent years to be more diplomatic. Since the death of Julia, she has taken over the running of the covenant.

Phessallia is a filia of Ainya ex Merinita of Blackthorn, though she is now over a hundred years old and her relationship with her old teacher has cooled considerably.
