Mac Galach lost three of its magi during in 1216, and only two younger magi are left to hold things together. Though they have access to resources, they don't have the experience or power to hold on to them. What was an Autumn covenant has rapidly slipped into Winter. The magi are stubborn however, and refuse to let go of their home.
