====== Ageing ======

The ageing rules in Mongoose 2nd Edition are rather severe. Life expectancy in the UK is about 79 for men and 83 for women. In the US, it's 76 and 81. This is life expectancy from birth though. Since Traveller characters begin at age 18, it's assumed that they haven't died before then, though this doesn't greatly affect the {{https://www.ssa.gov/oact/STATS/table4c6.html|US figures}}.

In Traveller though, the average age at first ageing crisis is 65.
