Capital is Birmingham 300,000 population. Not allowed to land at starport - must land at secondary port 100km away. There is a train into the capital, takes 2 hours. Coordinates are one side of the capital.  No grav vehicles available. Wheeled car is possible, but take longer due to twisting roads.

Most of planet is subsistence agriculture, pre-industrial. Big cooling towers near the wrecker’s yard.
