A [[EuGaian]] world with 15% or less of its surface covered in water. They are warmer and dryer than standard EuGaian worlds due to increased carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Some Xeric worlds aren't lacking in water, but simply have less on the surface, with much of it locked away in subterranean lakes or underground rivers.
