Non-Player Characters

Possibly dropping hit dice down a level for NPCs. e.g.:

• Commoner, d4
• Adept, d4
• Expert, d6
• Aristocrat, d6
• Warrior, d8

Courtesan would be d4 (and only get 4 skill points per level).
