Hydrogen atmospheres are typically found around giant planets, but they are also common on young terrestrial worlds. Eventually such worlds lose the Hydrogen, either through replacement or by it being lost to space. Only giant planets have sufficient gravity to keep a Hydrogen atmosphere for the long term.
