A Necro Gaian world is a MesoGaian world where life didn't survive the Oxygen Crisis. All biological life was wiped out, and the world is now dead.

There are still organicchemicals, but the special conditions that existed during the EoGaian period of this world have long since past. It is possible for life to arise again, but less likely than the original abiogenesis.
