The company was created in 943 from the merger of several mining companies on Ardassi / Tobia Subsector / Trojan Reach / 2815. Ardassi is a metal rich desert world, but no industrial capacity of its own. The various companies mine the ores, perform minimal processing and ship them off world to industrial centres nearby.
